If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Prince George's County, Maryland in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or consolidated action.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Ebook immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Ebook ceases immediately
- You must delete all copies of the Ebook in your possession
- Sections 3 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Indemnification) survive termination
