I've sat where you're sitting.
I'm a wife and a mom of three. I'm also a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over ten years of clinical experience โ I know how the mind heals. But I also know the mind alone can't heal what only the Holy Spirit can reach.
There was a season when I was where you are now โ confused, carrying too much, struggling in my marriage, my motherhood, and quietly in myself. It wasn't that I couldn't hear God's voice clearly. I could. The problem was that I didn't know how to execute what I was hearing within the full character of God โ not just His justice, but His love. He is a just God, yes. But He is also the God of Love. He is love. And our own trauma, brokenness, and humanity so often make us forget the love part.
But the Lord did not leave me there. With the Holy Spirit's leading, Christian support, and one faithful step at a time, He brought me through. He healed what I couldn't fix on my own. He rebuilt my marriage, restored my peace, and gave me a home that is now stable and a life that is genuinely at peace.
I'm not on the other side because I'm special. I'm on the other side because God is faithful โ and because someone walked with me.
